GETTING STARTED

Connect Zedule to Claude

Manage your bookings from Claude — book, reschedule, add customers, and more by chatting. Here's how to connect it in about two minutes.

Updated

Zedule connects to Claude so you can run your booking business by chatting — add an appointment, move it, look up a customer, block off time — in plain English, from your phone. Everything you can do in the dashboard, you can ask Claude to do. It’s the same account and the same data.

This guide connects the two. It takes about two minutes.

Before you start

Custom connectors work on Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise — not the free plan. If you’re on the free plan, upgrade in Claude first, then come back.

You’ll also need to be signed in to your Zedule dashboard as the business owner.

Connect in 5 steps

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in your Zedule dashboard and find the “Connect to Claude” card.
  2. Copy your connector URL. It’s https://api.zedule.app/mcp.
  3. In Claude, add a custom connector. Open Claude’s settings, find Connectors (or Custom connectors), choose Add, and paste the URL.
  4. Approve the sign-in. Claude will open a one-time sign-in — use the same Google account you use for Zedule and approve access. The connection shows as active on the “Connect to Claude” card when it’s done.
  5. Test it. In a Claude chat, ask “What are my services?” or “What’s on my calendar today?” If Claude answers with your real data, you’re connected.

What you can ask

Once connected, try things like:

  • “Book Sarah for a cut tomorrow at 6 and text her a reminder.”
  • “Move my 3 o’clock to Thursday.”
  • “Who’s coming in tomorrow?”
  • “Add Mike Reyes as a new client.”
  • “Block off Friday afternoon.”

Claude controls your own Zedule account — it isn’t a public booking bot for your customers. Your customers still book through your booking page.

If the connector doesn’t appear

  • Double-check the URL — it must be exactly https://api.zedule.app/mcp.
  • Confirm your Claude plan — custom connectors aren’t available on the free plan.
  • Re-run the sign-in — if the card still shows “not connected,” remove the connector in Claude and add it again, approving the Google sign-in.

Disconnect anytime

To revoke access, open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect on the “Connect to Claude” card. Claude immediately loses access to your account.
