What's the catch with $100/year?
There isn't one. We run on Cloudflare and don't pay for sales reps.
Can I really manage everything from Claude?
Yes — appointments, customers, staff, services, and settings, all by asking in plain English. It's the same account and data as your dashboard. See the Claude page for details.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
Custom connectors work on Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise — not the free plan. Connecting takes about two minutes from Settings → Integrations.
Do I need a credit card to try?
No. The 45 days are completely free. We ask for the card on day 46 if you want to keep going.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Add as many as you want.
What happens after 45 days?
You either pay $100, or your account stays in read-only mode for 60 more days while you decide. Nothing is deleted in that window.
Can I keep my customers' data if I leave?
Yes. CSV export of customers and appointments, on demand, no questions.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare D1, isolated to your business — your data lives in its own database, not a shared table with someone else's customers.
How do customers book — through my website or yours?
Either. We host a page at book.zedule.app/<your-slug>, or you can embed the booking flow as an iframe on your own website.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Through Stripe's billing portal, two clicks.
Do you do SMS reminders?
Email reminders, yes. SMS — not yet. We'd rather do email well than do five things badly.
What if I'm in Europe?
Works the same. Data stays in CF's EU edge if you pick the EU region during signup.
