You can now manage your bookings from Claude

Most booking software assumes you’re sitting at a desk. You’re not. You’re in the chair with a client, on the floor, in the van between jobs. The laptop is in the back room, and the one appointment you need to move is on it.

So we connected Zedule to Claude. Now you can run the business the way you’d tell a great front-desk manager — out loud, in plain English, from the phone that’s already in your pocket.

What it feels like

You’re finishing up with a client and the next one texts to push their slot. Instead of walking to the back, you open Claude:

You: Move my 3 o’clock to Thursday and text them.

Claude: Moved ✓ — Sarah’s cut is now Thursday 3:00 PM with Jessica. Reminder text sent.

Or you’re standing at the front and someone wants in this week:

You: Anything open with Jessica on Friday afternoon?

Claude: Friday she’s open 1:00–2:30 and after 4:00. Want me to hold one?

You: Book Mike Reyes for a 90-minute color at 1.

Claude: Booked ✓ Mike Reyes — Color (90 min), Fri 1:00 PM with Jessica.

No app to open. No logging in. No menus.

It’s the whole dashboard, not a toy

This isn’t a demo that can only check your calendar. Claude can do what you do: book, reschedule, cancel, mark no-shows, and find open slots; add customers and pull their history; create and edit services; set staff hours and time off; change your business hours and scheduling rules; and tune your reminder templates. Forty-plus actions — the same account and the same data as the dashboard you already use.

One important line: this is for you, the owner. Claude controls your own Zedule account. Your customers still book through your own booking page — this doesn’t put a bot in front of them.

How to turn it on

It takes about two minutes:

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in your dashboard.
  2. Copy your connector URL — https://api.zedule.app/mcp.
  3. In Claude, add it as a custom connector and approve the one-time sign-in.

Full walkthrough in the setup guide. One honest note: custom connectors work on Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise — not the free plan.

See it in more detail on the Claude page, or just start free and connect it today.
