Agreement
By using Zedule (zedule.app, app.zedule.app, book.zedule.app and any subdomain), you agree to these terms.
The service
Zedule provides a multi-tenant appointment-scheduling platform. We host your business's booking page, process appointment creation and cancellation, and store the resulting data in your dedicated database.
Pricing
$100 per business per year. The first 45 days are free. After day 45, your stored card is charged. You can cancel any time through Stripe's billing portal.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or train models on it. You can export a complete copy at any time via the dashboard.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zedule to spam customers, send unsolicited messages, or process bookings for activities that violate the law in your jurisdiction.
Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You'll have 60 days post-termination to export your data.
Liability
Zedule is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email account owners 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
